Recommended method of use:
- Children from 1-5 years:
1 teaspoon 3 x daily - Children from 5 years and adults:
1 tablespoon 3 x daily - The syrup is taken directly into the mouth, without liquid or food.
- Pine needle syrup is not a medicine and is not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet.

Notes:
Do not pour syrup into hot tea as most of the medicinal essential oils will lose their properties. Pine needle syrup is particularly praised. Those who have used it say that they felt its healing effect after just two – three days.
